Teen Dramas Stamp

I'm serious, I'm a teenager and I just don't get it. Anyone want to try explaining?

The other day a girl who I know but I'm not really friends with was going on and on about some teen drama. And I always get them all mixed up because I don't like watching them. (And I've seen at least one episode of every show I'm going to list, so I'm not hating on the shows without good reason. I've seen all of them and they all seem to follow the same basic plot rules, to me at least.) She was either talking about Degrassi: The Next Generation, Gossip Girl, The Secret Life of the American Teenager or One Tree Hill. I'm not sure which. But it doesn't matter because I don't think I'll every understand her fascination with those shows and many more. This goes for Teen Drama movies too, they're mostly the same, a twist is just added to the format, like vampires.
